- Collaborate with store management and other team members to develop and implement strategies to prevent loss and minimize risks.
- Utilize security equipment and technology, such as cameras and alarms, to monitor and prevent theft and other security breaches.
- Train store employees on loss prevention procedures and best practices to promote a safe and secure shopping environment.
- Implement and enforce store policies and procedures related to loss prevention and security.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of security incidents, investigations, and training.
- Communicate effectively with customers and employees, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in loss prevention and security techniques.
- Respond promptly and appropriately to emergency situations, including following emergency protocols and contacting law enforcement when necessary.
- Adhere to all legal and ethical standards related to loss prevention and security.
- Perform other duties as assigned by store management.
High School Diploma Or Equivalent Education
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills
Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Prior Loss Prevention Experience
Knowledge Of Investigative Procedures And Techniques
Ability To Work Flexible Hours, Including Weekends And Holidays, And Stand For Long Periods Of Time During Surveillance Operations.
