Job Description

Provides day-to-day support to Executives on employee relation issues, performance behavior, policies and procedures. Conducts on-site investigations into regulatory compliance or associate performance/relationship issues. Coordinates with DC/Corporate partners to provide relevant data on investigations and federal/state/local law compliance matters. Supports Senior HR Manager in analyzing trends in associate behavior and attitudes to drive improvements in productivity, safety and overall engagement. Manages new Associate onboarding and orientation process. Oversees delivery of on-site training of HR, Compliance and Business/Professional Skills. Supports the performance appraisal process along with compensation increase throughout the year based on role.

Job Qualifications

  • 2-4 years Employee Relations or Human Resource experience

  • Flexibility to work occasional nights, weekends and holidays

  • Union avoidance experience preferred

  • Distribution or manufacturing experience preferred
