- Maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of the store on a daily basis.
- Perform general housekeeping duties such as dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors.
- Clean and maintain restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas.
- Empty and dispose of trash and recycling.
- Stock and replenish cleaning and janitorial supplies.
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to management.
- Follow established safety and sanitation procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers when needed.
- Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times.

Prior Experience In Housekeeping Or Janitorial Work: Candidates Should Have A Minimum Of 1 Year Of Experience In A Housekeeping Or Janitorial Role, Preferably In A Retail Or Commercial Setting.
Attention To Detail: A Successful Candidate Should Have A Keen Eye For Detail And Be Able To Maintain A High Level Of Cleanliness And Organization In The Store.
Ability To Work Independently: The Role Of A Housekeeping And Operations Team Member At Kohl's Requires The Ability To Work Independently And Efficiently To Complete Tasks In A Timely Manner.
Physical Stamina: This Position May Involve Standing, Walking, And Lifting For Extended Periods Of Time, So Candidates Should Be Physically Fit And Able To Perform These Tasks.
