  1. Oversee and manage the daily operations of the customer service department.
  2. Train, mentor, and supervise a team of customer service associates to ensure high-quality service is provided to customers.
  3. Create and implement customer service policies and procedures to improve overall customer satisfaction.
  4. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  5. Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  6. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
  7. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and inventory, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  8. Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, addressing their needs and concerns.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer service to continuously improve processes.
  10. Assist in the hiring and onboarding of new customer service team members.
  11. Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, goals, and expectations.
  12. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  13. Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-friendly environment.
  14. Lead by example and maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude to motivate team members.
  15. Handle any other duties or tasks assigned by upper management.
