  1. Oversee a team of customer service associates and ensure they are providing exceptional customer service at all times.
  2. Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to improve their skills and performance.

  8. Monitor customer service metrics and provide reports to upper management on team performance and customer satisfaction.
  9. Train new team members on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the customer service experience at Kohl's.
  11. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and inventory, to ensure a seamless and efficient shopping experience for customers.
  12. Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and securely.
  13. Maintain a clean and organized work area to provide a welcoming and professional atmosphere for customers.
  14. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
  15. Continuously strive to meet and exceed customer service goals and targets set by the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Communication Skills: A Customer Service Supervisor At Kohl's Must Possess Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills To Effectively Communicate With Customers, Team Members, And Management.
