As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and expert beauty advice to our valued customers.   1. Provide exceptional customer service to all Sephora at Kohl's customers.
  2. Offer expert beauty advice and product recommendations to customers.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  4. Stay up-to-date on current beauty trends and product knowledge.
  5. Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  6. Assist in achieving sales goals by promoting products and services.
