  1. Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to and addressing customer needs and concerns.
  3. Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of beauty products, brands, and trends.
  4. Assist customers in finding the perfect products for their individual needs and preferences.
  5. Educate customers on the proper use and application of products.
  6. Stay up-to-date on the latest beauty trends and innovations.
  7. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including product displays and testers.
  8. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
  9. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their return.
  10. Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide a seamless shopping experience for customers.
  11. Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety and hygiene standards.
  13. Assist with inventory management and restocking of products.
  14. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  15. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals.
  16. Represent Sephora and Kohl's in a positive and professional manner at all times.
  17. Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional growth within the beauty industry.
