  1. Provide exceptional customer service to all clients by greeting them warmly, listening to their needs, and offering personalized recommendations.
  2. Utilize expert knowledge of beauty products, trends, and techniques to assist clients in finding their perfect look.
  3. Continuously educate oneself on new products, techniques, and trends to provide up-to-date information to clients.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing personalized and attentive service.
  5. Demonstrate and sell products to achieve sales goals and targets.
  6. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beauty section, ensuring all products are stocked and displayed properly.
  7. Stay updated on all Sephora and Kohl's policies and procedures, including return and exchange policies.
  8. Act as a brand ambassador for Sephora and Kohl's, representing their values and promoting their products.
  9. Collaborate with team members to achieve overall store goals and objectives.
  10. Attend and participate in trainings, workshops, and meetings to further enhance knowledge and skills.
