  1. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and welcoming customers to the beauty department.
  2. Utilize knowledge of various beauty products and techniques to assist customers in selecting the right products for their needs.
  3. Build relationships with customers and develop a loyal clientele base through personalized service and recommendations.
  4. Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, products, and techniques to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
  5. Educate customers on the proper use and application of beauty products.
  6. Demonstrate and promote various beauty products through product demonstrations and samples.
  7. Maintain a clean and organized beauty department, including restocking and replenishing products.
  8. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide a positive shopping experience for customers.
  9. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  10. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
