3. Assist customers in finding the right beauty products based on their individual needs and preferences.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
5. Stay up-to-date on the latest beauty trends and products in order to provide customers with the most current and relevant advice.
6. Demonstrate and educate customers on how to use and apply beauty products correctly.
7. Maintain a neat and organized beauty department, including restocking products and keeping shelves and displays clean.
8. Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register, including handling returns and exchanges.
9. Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide a cohesive shopping experience for customers.
10. Continuously strive to enhance the customer experience by going above and beyond to meet their needs and expectations.
11. Attend and participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.
