  1. Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming and friendly environment for all customers.
  2. Possess extensive knowledge of beauty products and brands carried at Kohl's in order to assist customers with their purchases.
  3. Actively promote and sell beauty products to customers, utilizing persuasive sales techniques.
  4. Stay up-to-date with current beauty trends and products to effectively recommend and cross-sell to customers.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized beauty department, ensuring all products are properly stocked and displayed.
  6. Meet and exceed sales goals set by management.
  7. Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and represent the Kohl's brand in a positive manner.
  8. Assist with inventory management and restocking of products.
  9. Educate customers on the proper use and application of beauty products.
  10. Actively participate in training and development sessions to continually enhance knowledge and skills.
  11. Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and product demand.
  12. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  13. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment.
  14. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and loss prevention.
  15. Continuously strive to enhance the customer experience and provide exceptional service.
