Tax Accounting Manager

The Tax Manager is responsible for the tax accounting and reporting of federal income tax compliance for the assigned Koch businesses. Review income tax returns to ensure accurate reporting and compliance with domestic and foreign tax law. Manage, develop and train a team of staff accountants. Maintain tax positions and attributes for assigned companies. Ensure tax reporting is aligned with and appropriately reflects business transactions and tax positions Review quarterly tax accounting submissions
