Manage customer orders and schedule customer deliveries using our ERP and Transportation Management Systems. Encourage teamwork with manufacturing, transportation, and the customer. Execute rail and truck logistics and process customer orders for the Lufkin Chemical Facility accurately. Execute payment processes with 3rd party carrier and ensure payments are processed timely. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and sales to gain knowledge of their overall business and strategies. Ability to manage customer inventories by using our customer inventory tool. Identify and improve customer ordering behaviors. Assist with the execution of Customer Order and Logistics initiatives. Successfully multitask in a changing work environment.
