Summer Intern Program – Client Services

Provide technical support to active clients including online chat tool and responding to support tickets. Develop support materials and fill in necessary gaps in order to increase customer satisfaction. Assist in the client onboarding process from executed agreement to thorough understanding of product offering. Collaborate closely with the Accounts teams to successfully onboard or support client’s ongoing needs.
