- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
- Provide guidance and support to other members of the recruitment team, including mentoring and training junior recruiters.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring processes.
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance diversity and inclusion within the recruitment process.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Recruiting, Preferably In A Corporate Or Large Organization Setting.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Sourcing And Hiring Top Talent Across Various Industries And Job Functions.
Strong Knowledge Of Recruitment Best Practices, Including Applicant Tracking Systems, Job Posting Strategies, And Candidate Assessment Techniques.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Hiring Managers And Candidates At All Levels.
