  1. Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent for various roles within the company.
  2. Utilize various sourcing methods, such as job boards, social media, and networking, to identify and engage with potential candidates.
  3. Conduct thorough and efficient screening processes to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit for the organization.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
  5. Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  6. Use data and analytics to track and report on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire, and make data-driven decisions to improve processes and outcomes.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve and innovate our recruitment strategies.
  8. Represent the company at job fairs, career events, and other recruitment events to promote our employer brand and attract top talent.
  9. Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
  10. Provide guidance and support to other members of the recruitment team, including mentoring and training junior recruiters.
  11. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring processes.
  12. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance diversity and inclusion within the recruitment process.
  13. Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Recruiting, Preferably In A Corporate Or Large Organization Setting.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Sourcing And Hiring Top Talent Across Various Industries And Job Functions.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Recruitment Best Practices, Including Applicant Tracking Systems, Job Posting Strategies, And Candidate Assessment Techniques.
