  1. Oversee the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting for all international operations of Koch Industries.
  2. Stay up-to-date on international accounting principles and regulations to ensure compliance and accuracy in reporting.
  3. Lead and manage a team responsible for international reporting, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
  4. Conduct thorough analysis of financial data from international entities to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  5. Collaborate with other departments, such as Tax and Legal, to ensure all international financial reporting is accurate and aligned with company strategies.
  6. Develop and implement processes and procedures to streamline and improve international reporting.
  7. Review and approve all international financial statements, ensuring they are in line with company standards and regulations.
  8. Communicate regularly with senior leadership and stakeholders on the financial performance of international entities.
  9. Identify and address any issues or discrepancies in international reporting, working to resolve them in a timely manner.
  10. Stay informed on global market trends and changes in regulations that may impact international reporting.
  11. Participate in strategic planning for international operations, providing financial insights and recommendations.
  12. Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  13. Collaborate with external auditors to ensure accurate and timely completion of audits for international entities.
  14. Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to increase efficiency in international reporting.
