  1. Conduct financial analysis and reporting for our global operations.
  2. Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
  3. Analyze financial data and performance to identify trends and variances.
  4. Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary data and information.
  6. Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
  7. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
  8. Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards to track key performance indicators.
  9. Monitor and report on financial metrics and performance against targets.
  10. Communicate complex financial information and analysis to non-financial stakeholders.
  11. Identify areas for process improvement and implement efficient and effective solutions.
  12. Stay updated on accounting and financial reporting standards and regulations.
  13. Train and mentor junior financial analysts as needed.
  14. Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
  15. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Financial Analysis And Reporting, Preferably In A Multinational Company.

  • Strong Understanding Of Us Gaap And Ifrs Accounting Principles.

  • Excellent Analytical Skills And Ability To Interpret Financial Data To Identify Trends And Insights.

  • Experience With Financial Reporting Tools And Systems, Such As Sap Or Oracle, And Proficiency In Microsoft Excel.
