  1. Conduct legal research and analysis on corporate governance matters to support the legal team in decision making.
  2. Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, including contracts, policies, and procedures related to corporate governance.
  3. Maintain and organize corporate records, including board meeting minutes, resolutions, and other important documents.
  4. Monitor and track changes in laws and regulations related to corporate governance and ensure the company's compliance.
  5. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure understanding and compliance with corporate governance policies and procedures.
  6. Provide training and guidance to employees on corporate governance matters and ethical practices.
  7. Participate in meetings and discussions with internal and external stakeholders on corporate governance-related issues.
  8. Coordinate and assist with the preparation of annual reports and other corporate filings.
  9. Conduct audits and internal reviews to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to corporate governance standards.
  10. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  11. Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in corporate governance to continuously improve processes and procedures.
  12. Work closely with the legal team to support any legal matters related to corporate governance.
  13. Communicate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
  14. Take on additional responsibilities and projects as assigned by the legal team or management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Paralegal Studies Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience Working In A Law Firm Or Corporate Legal Department, With A Focus On Corporate Governance.

  • Knowledge Of State And Federal Laws And Regulations Related To Corporate Governance.

  • Strong Organizational Skills And Attention To Detail.
