  1. Conduct legal research and analysis to support attorneys in case preparation and strategy development.
  2. Draft and review legal documents, including briefs, contracts, and pleadings.
  3. Organize and manage case files, including maintaining electronic and physical records.
  4. Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in legal proceedings.
  5. Assist with preparation for trials, hearings, and depositions.
  6. Coordinate with outside counsel and other legal professionals.
  7. Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to the company's operations.
  8. Conduct due diligence and assist with contract review and negotiation.
  9. Prepare and file legal documents with courts and government agencies.
  10. Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
  11. Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all aspects of work.
  12. Proactively identify and address potential legal issues.
  13. Participate in team meetings and provide input on legal matters.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
  15. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as ethical and professional standards.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Paralegal Studies Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In A Corporate Legal Environment
