
Manager, Application Lifecycle Management
Lead, coach, mentor and develop team members. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business challenges. Develop strategies using new and existing technologies to promote a 'One Molex' ALM environment. Lead development and implementation of Molex’s end-to-end software development management platform and processes working closely with business stakeholders and IT teams. Analyze / benchmark alternatives and conduct cost comparisons using the Decision-Making framework. Promote standardization of processes and platforms to realize economies of scale across Molex’s development teams, which focus on industrial, automotive, medical, and datacom applications. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to business and IT developers on software development best practices, technology capabilities, and processes.
6+ years of experience in designing and implementing Agile, and DevOps-related platforms
3+ years of experience in software development technical leadership roles
Experience leading enterprise software management teams that produce significant, measurable results.
Experience administering, configuring, and integrating ALM tools
Expertise in C/C++, Java, and/or Python development at scale
Experience with overall Digital Factory ecosystems, e.g., ALM, PLM, ERP, Logistics, MES etc. a plus
