- Develop and implement tax strategies for mergers and acquisitions in line with Koch Industries' overall business objectives.
- Conduct thorough tax due diligence for potential acquisitions and provide recommendations to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure tax considerations are properly addressed in all M&A deals.
- Monitor and analyze tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and identify potential opportunities for tax savings.
- Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals, providing guidance and support in all M&A tax matters.
