  1. Develop and implement an overall compliance strategy for the organization, in line with company values and legal requirements.
  2. Oversee and manage all compliance efforts, including conducting regular audits and investigations to ensure adherence to HR laws and regulations.
  3. Serve as the primary point of contact for all compliance-related matters, providing guidance and support to HR staff and other departments as needed.
  4. Stay up-to-date on all relevant laws and regulations, and communicate any changes or updates to relevant stakeholders within the organization.
  5. Develop and deliver compliance training programs for employees at all levels, ensuring a thorough understanding of compliance requirements and expectations.
  6. Monitor and track compliance metrics to assess the effectiveness of the compliance program and identify areas for improvement.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as legal, finance, and operations, to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive approach to compliance.
  8. Investigate any reported compliance violations and take appropriate corrective actions, including developing corrective action plans and implementing necessary changes to policies and procedures.
  9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all compliance activities and documentation, ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  10. Act as a liaison between the organization and external parties, such as government agencies and auditors, to facilitate compliance reviews and audits.
  11. Foster a culture of compliance and integrity within the organization by promoting ethical behavior and providing guidance and support to employees at all levels.
  12. Monitor industry trends and best practices in compliance to continuously improve the organization's compliance efforts and ensure alignment with industry standards.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Human Resources Compliance, Preferably In A Large Organization.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Federal And State Employment Laws, Regulations, And Compliance Requirements.

  • Experience In Developing And Implementing Hr Compliance Policies And Procedures.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Train And Educate Employees On Compliance Issues.
