  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive fixed asset management strategy for the organization.
  2. Oversee the accurate tracking and reporting of fixed assets, including acquisitions, disposals, and transfers.
  3. Collaborate with various departments to ensure proper classification and valuation of fixed assets.
  4. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding fixed assets.
  5. Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making related to fixed asset management.
  6. Develop and maintain a system for tracking and forecasting fixed asset costs and depreciation.
  7. Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements related to fixed assets.
  8. Train and educate team members on fixed asset management processes and procedures.
  9. Stay updated on industry best practices and regulations related to fixed assets.
  10. Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of fixed asset management objectives.
  11. Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and service providers related to fixed asset management.
  12. Prepare and present reports on fixed asset performance to senior management.
  13. Manage and maintain accurate records of fixed assets in compliance with company policies and regulations.
  14. Ensure timely and accurate completion of fixed asset-related tasks and projects.
  15. Participate in budget planning and forecasting related to fixed assets.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Fixed Asset Management, Preferably In A Global Or Multinational Company.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Gaap (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) And Ifrs (International Financial Reporting Standards).

  • Experience With Fixed Asset Tracking Software And Proficiency In Microsoft Excel.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Work Effectively In A Fast-Paced, Dynamic Environment.
