  1. Develop and implement global category management strategies to drive success and growth for Koch Industries.
  2. Lead and manage all strategic sourcing and procurement activities for the company on a global scale.
  3. Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish strong partnerships to ensure the best value for the organization.
  4. Monitor global market trends and industry developments to effectively manage risks and identify opportunities for cost savings and value creation.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop category strategies that align with company goals.
  6. Analyze and optimize category spend to drive cost savings and increase efficiency.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for category management initiatives.
  8. Utilize data and analytics to drive informed decision-making and continuously improve category management processes.
  9. Stay updated on industry best practices and implement innovative solutions to enhance category management practices.
  10. Communicate regularly with senior leadership to provide updates on category management activities, successes, and challenges.
  11. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of category management professionals.
  12. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to procurement and sourcing activities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Procurement Or Category Management, Preferably In A Global Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of International Markets, Trade Regulations, And Sourcing Strategies.

  • Proven Experience In Developing And Implementing Global Category Strategies That Drive Cost Savings And Operational Efficiencies.
