  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive federal government affairs strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives.
  2. Monitor and analyze federal legislation and regulatory developments that impact the company and its stakeholders.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the federal government, including legislators, policymakers, and regulatory agencies.
  4. Represent the company's interests in meetings, hearings, and other interactions with federal government officials and agencies.
  5. Advocate for policies and positions that support the company's values and goals.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between government affairs and business strategies.
  7. Provide strategic advice and guidance to senior leadership on potential regulatory and legislative risks and opportunities.
  8. Prepare and deliver presentations and briefings on legislative and regulatory issues to internal and external stakeholders.
  9. Manage a team of government affairs professionals and provide mentorship and guidance as needed.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments in government affairs to inform the company's strategy and approach.
  11. Represent the company in industry associations and coalitions to advance shared policy objectives.
  12. Monitor and manage the company's political activities and contributions in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  13. Maintain a strong understanding of the company's business operations and priorities to effectively advocate on its behalf.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve the company's government affairs strategy and tactics to drive positive outcomes.
  15. Represent the company in a professional and ethical manner at all times, upholding the company's values and reputation.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Political Science, Public Policy, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Federal Government Affairs Or Lobbying.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Federal Legislative And Regulatory Processes.

  • Proven Track Record Of Building And Maintaining Relationships With Key Stakeholders, Including Policymakers And Industry Associations.

  • Excellent Communication And Advocacy Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Influence And Persuade Decision-Makers.
