- Coordinate and manage all aspects of electronic discovery, including data collection, processing, review, and production.
- Utilize eDiscovery software and tools to effectively and efficiently gather, analyze, and preserve electronic evidence.
- Collaborate with legal team members to develop and implement eDiscovery strategies for ongoing litigation and regulatory investigations.
- Conduct thorough and defensible data searches and perform data culling and filtering to ensure the production of relevant and responsive documents.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all eDiscovery activities, including data sources, search terms, and production logs.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in electronic discovery and digital forensics.
- Assist with the development and maintenance of eDiscovery protocols and standard operating procedures.
- Identify and troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise during the eDiscovery process.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including attorneys, paralegals, and vendors, to ensure timely and accurate completion of eDiscovery tasks.
- Adhere to strict confidentiality and data security protocols to protect sensitive information.
- Participate in training and knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance eDiscovery skills and promote continuous learning within the team.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure the proper preservation and collection of data for potential litigation and investigations.
- Proactively identify areas for process improvement and implement efficient and effective solutions.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
- Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Ediscovery, Litigation Support, Or Related Field
In-Depth Knowledge Of Ediscovery Software And Tools, Such As Relativity, Nuix, And Ecapture
Strong Understanding Of Litigation And Legal Processes, Including Preservation, Collection, Review, And Production Of Electronic Data
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Independently And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
