  1. Develop and implement data security protocols and procedures to protect the organization's sensitive information and data systems.
  2. Conduct regular audits and vulnerability assessments to identify potential security risks and provide recommendations for mitigation.
  3. Stay updated on the latest data security trends, technologies, and regulations to ensure the organization's security measures are up-to-date and compliant.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security into all aspects of the organization's operations, including software development, network design, and data storage.
  5. Monitor and analyze data logs and alerts to detect and respond to security incidents in a timely manner.
  6. Conduct security training and awareness programs for employees to promote a culture of security and compliance.
  7. Work with external vendors and partners to ensure the security of shared data and systems.
  8. Participate in disaster recovery and business continuity planning to ensure the organization's ability to respond to and recover from potential security breaches.
  9. Develop and maintain documentation of security policies, procedures, and standards.
  10. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership, to provide updates on data security initiatives and address any concerns.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Data Security Or Information Security.

  • Knowledge Of Industry Best Practices And Regulations Related To Data Security, Such As Gdpr And Ccpa.

  • Experience With Data Encryption, Firewalls, Intrusion Detection, And Vulnerability Assessment Tools.

  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills And Ability To Think Critically About Potential Security Risks And Solutions.
