
Automation Systems Engineer
The Application Systems Analyst will be a part of a global team creating new solutions and supporting existing applications for Koch Industries. Collaborate proactively with internal support teams, vendors, and customers for enhancements, application upgrades, and break/fix operational support. Actively participate in code development, code reviews, and design discussions. Working in an Agile team using either SCRUM or Kanban methodologies. Refining our technology vision, roadmap, and strategies with your colleagues. Learning about new applications and features that can be used for new solutions; leveraging them to efficiently solve business problems. In this role you will be expected to treat customer needs as a shared responsibility, rather than individual requests and needs. The capabilities developed shall be maintained to remain relevant and current.
2+ years experience working in a production support environment working on incident management and problem management or other IT setting
1+ years experience with ServiceNow or other ticketing tools
Amazon Web Services Certified Developer or DevOps Engineer a plus
Experience in a product team utilizing SCRUM/Kanban methodologies
