  1. Assist the Controller in all aspects of financial operations, including month-end and year-end close, financial reporting, and budgeting.
  2. Utilize and maintain the KED/KDT system to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  3. Collaborate with senior leadership to analyze financial data and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  4. Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles.
  5. Monitor and reconcile general ledger accounts, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
  6. Ensure timely and accurate processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  7. Assist with the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and changes to accounting regulations to ensure compliance.
  9. Work with external auditors to provide requested information and assist with audits.
  10. Mentor and train junior accounting staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  11. Contribute to special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Controller.
  12. Continuously seek out opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
  13. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information.
  14. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In A Large Corporation.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With A Thorough Understanding Of Gaap And Financial Reporting.

  • Prior Experience With Sap Or Other Erp Systems Is Preferred.
