  1. Oversee all accounting activities within the company, including financial reporting, budgeting, and auditing.
  2. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all financial reports and statements.
  3. Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  4. Manage and mentor a team of accountants, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional growth and development.
  5. Monitor and analyze financial data to identify areas for improvement and make strategic recommendations to senior management.
  6. Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure financial goals are aligned with overall business objectives.
  7. Oversee the preparation of financial forecasts and budgets, and provide regular updates to senior management.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate financial risks.
  9. Lead the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring all deadlines are met and all accounts are reconciled.
  10. Participate in the development and implementation of new financial systems and tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  11. Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to senior management and other stakeholders.
  12. Work closely with external auditors to ensure timely and accurate completion of audits.
  13. Identify and implement process improvements to streamline accounting processes and increase efficiency.
  14. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive financial information.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Managerial Accounting Role

  • Cpa Certification Preferred

  • Experience With Budgeting, Forecasting, And Financial Analysis.
