  1. Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
  2. Monitor and analyze financial data and provide timely and accurate financial reports to senior management.
  3. Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  4. Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end close processes.
  5. Oversee the preparation of financial statements and assist with the external audit process.
  6. Supervise and mentor accounting staff, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their full potential.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and systems.
  8. Perform ad hoc financial analysis and provide recommendations for cost-saving opportunities.
  9. Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and regulations and implement necessary changes to maintain compliance.
  10. Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as auditors, tax advisors, and banking partners.
  11. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy within the accounting department.
  12. Communicate financial results and recommendations to senior management and provide insights for decision-making.
  13. Ensure accurate and timely filing of tax returns and compliance with tax laws.
  14. Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by senior management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or Related Field With A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Accounting Or Financial Management Roles.

  • Strong Understanding Of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (Gaap) And Experience With Financial Reporting And Analysis.

  • Excellent Leadership And Interpersonal Skills With The Ability To Manage And Mentor A Team Of Accountants.

  • Experience With Budgeting, Forecasting, And Cost Analysis.

  • Proficiency In Accounting Software And Microsoft Excel.
