Job Description

Inventory replenishment and processing of goods received. Receive & issue materials to work orders. Monitor open sales order reports for upcoming shipments and backorder execution. Complete documentation such as pick list, bills of lading, work orders and shipping orders. Process parts for shipments & for RMA repairs. Dispatch freight for delivery and arrange for pickups. Record shipment data such as weight, charges, etc. & complete daily shipping logs. Contact carriers to arrange shipping/receiving instructions for domestic and international shipments. Document and escalate any customer service issues and/or shipping/receiving issues. Record and rectify problems such as damages, shortages and non-conformance to specifications. Adhere to regulatory & compliance procedures for domestic and international shipments. Ability to operate forklift. Operate lift equipment and comply with laws, regulations and standards.
