As a Keyholder, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing daily store operations, and ensuring our customers have an exceptional experience while shopping with us. Previous retail experience is preferred but not required. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide excellent customer service and ensure customers have a positive experience while shopping.
  2. Manage daily store operations, including cash handling and inventory management.
  3. Utilize technology to support store operations.
  4. Lead and set a positive example for the team.
  5. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  6. Maintain a neat and organized store environment.
  7. Assist with training and onboarding of new team members.
  8. Monitor store performance and suggest improvements.
  9. Communicate customer feedback to the team.
  10. Address customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner.
