Warranty Operations Supervisor
Responsible for developing the warranty materials for fleets, ports, part managers, new and existing Kia dealers including conducting webinars on the use of WebLTS, WebDCS , and provide support for the EWR (Early Warning Reporting) initiative. Responsible for monthly warranty operation reports that track and monitor dealer warranty KPI and the processing of other warranty projects (labor rate requests , SPPM acknowledgment forms, tracking market averages, dealer training accomplishment etc).
1-3 years National Warranty Department experience with distributor or manufacture
Experience with dealership service department operations
Some supervisory experience required
General knowledge of automotive components, systems and operations
