Job Description

You will be a part of the HR Operations team (consisting of Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, & HRIS) and will focus on the HR Information System implementation, and related report building, data analysis, usage best practices, and other associated projects. You will alos focus on analysis and reporting of usage with core platforms supporting KMA’s TDE initiatives, including the KMA Careers Site, the KMA Intranet/Portal, Degreed (the learning platform), and YouEarnedIt (the recognition platform).

Job Qualifications

  • Prior internship experience a plus

  • Must be enrolled in a degree program

  • Familiarity with an HR system/platfrom (or other system experience)
