Job Description

This role will participate in the HR Operations program and systems administration, partner with internal and external IT resources to identify opportunities for process improvements and enhancements. Support HR Operations through oversight of HRIS operation and maintenance. Correct identified data discrepancies, review configuration and validate workflows to identify opportunities for operational efficiency. Create ad-hoc reports as needed or requested in support of HR Operations functions.

Job Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of related experience is required

  • Prior department budget handling experience is required

  • Cloud based HRIS experience is highly preferred

  • HRIS Certification a plus
