Financial Planning & Analysis Manager
The Financial Planning and Analysis manager (FP&A manager) will play a leading role in the preparation of actual P/L report, financial forecast, and annual business plan. Prepare detailed variance analysis on key P/L items (vehicle/parts P/L, warranty expense, etc.) and discover areas to improve. Review, analyze, and manage special project items (CPO/Branded contract, Sirius XM program, etc.). Perform various ad-hoc financial analyses as needed (long-term profitability, vehicle pricing, etc.).
8~10 years of professional work experience in corporate finance field.
Automotive industry experience is a plus.
Previous experience supervising a team is a plus.
English and Korean bilingual preferred.
