Job Description

Lead, manage and drive growth of large digital, marketing programs, inclusive of planning, managing, and optimizing, creative development. Create industry leadership position for Kia Motors in web, mobile and digital activities by utilizing industry tools. Oversee Kia.com platform and web/mobile related projects.Develop and utilize analytics to drive strategies and program improvements. Lead the development of a new Business Intelligence practice across KMA Marketing. Lead the development of a new Business Intelligence practice for KMA Marketing to measure, track and optimize marketing program effectiveness.

Job Qualifications

  • Master’s degree desirable

  • 8+ years’ experience in advertising, product marketing, sales, digital marketing, pricing, product and/or corporate planning

  • Automotive experience a plus.

  • Experience developing and optimizing web and mobile based platforms strongly desired

  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and online resources
