
Dealer Claims Adjuster
Timely & accurate dealer warranty claims review/adjustment in accordance with KMA Service Policy & Procedures, Warranty Claims Manual procedures and general service operations procedures. Identify opportunities to improve warranty claim submission policy & procedure and/or service repair procedures to reduce excessive or unnecessary warranty expense. Special project support as needed or required to achieve department objectives or goals (i.e., dealer training, field training, dealer warranty help desk support, dealer labor rate reviews, parts mark-up requests, etc.).
2-5 in an automotive manufacturer/distributor environment.
Dealer experience in warranty claims processing.
A basic knowledge of automotive systems, component operation and repair is highly desired.
Hotline/Call Center experience with dealership personnel.
