Auditor

This role will ensure that Dealer Incentive Audits are completed as assigned within time budget, that state laws are followed in respect to Dealer Incentive Audits, and ensuring through audits that dealers are complying with Kia America (KUS) sales policy and other incentive rules. Develop/enhance audit techniques to help with the detection of dealer irregularities. These audits may have a large financial impact on KUS. Work with legal counsel to resolve disputes or prepare counsel for litigation/negotiations. Develop and/or enhance processes using the systems available. Maintain Internal Audit policy and procedure manual for dealer incentive audits. Update the manual with policy and procedural changes as they occur. Communicate the changes within the audit department. Assist with the annual audit planning and budget requirements.
