Operations Analyst - Tax Reporting

Is the back-up lead for the team to balance the department’s workload to ensure completion of all daily departmental processing functions. Provides guidance to associates as related to department processes, federal & state regulatory rules, bank policy and department procedures. Serves as a resource person to avoid non-compliance and inaccurate processing. Train new and existing employees learning new functions. Provide appropriate feedback during training to ensure that employees are learning the proper processes and achieving the expected level of performance. Monitors, tracks, reviews and updates written procedures on an on-going basis. Performs daily departmental tasks, when needed, as well as management related approvals, quality controls and highly complex/escalated issues. Participate in and facilitate information sharing with department manager, business partners, peers and team members.
