Job Description

As a key member of the KeyBank team, our Relationship Manager will be responsible for creating and maintaining relationships with our clients. This individual will be an ambassador for KeyBank and will serve as a trusted advisor to our customers. We are looking for someone with strong interpersonal skills, a knack for problem-solving, and a passion for helping people achieve their financial goals.The successful Relationship Manager candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, along with a minimum of five years of experience in banking or a related field. In addition, the ideal candidate will have experience in sales and cross-selling, superior customer service skills, and a strong knowledge of banking products and services.If you have the necessary qualifications and are looking to join a team devoted to helping individuals and businesses achieve their financial goals, then this may be the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and ambassador for KeyBank.
  2. Utilize strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities to provide excellent customer service.
  3. Actively engage in sales and cross-selling of banking products and services to customers.
  4. Educate customers on various banking products and services available through KeyBank.
  5. Assist customers in achieving their financial goals.
  6. Utilize knowledge of banking industry regulations, laws, and best practices to ensure compliance.
  7. Strategize with colleagues to develop new products and services to meet customer needs.
  8. Facilitate customer service issues in a timely and responsive manner.
  9. Monitor customer accounts and analyze financial data to identify potential opportunities.
  10. Attend training sessions and industry events to stay up-to-date on banking trends and regulations.
