5. Respond to customer questions and concerns in a timely, courteous, and professional manner.

7. Keep up to date on banking regulations and policies.
8. Adhere to all security and compliance regulations.
9. Monitor customer accounts for suspicious activity and take appropriate action.
10. Identify sales opportunities and cross-sell banking products and services.
