Compliance Officer

Responsibilities:

1. Monitor, assess, and analyze regulatory and legal changes to ensure the organization is in compliance with all applicable regulations and laws related to the financial services industry.
2. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the organization's compliance with relevant regulations and laws.
3. Conduct internal audits and monitor the accuracy and integrity of the company's financial records and transactions.
4. Investigate and resolve any compliance issues that arise.
5. Train and educate staff on compliance-related topics.
6. Liaise with internal teams, external auditors, regulators, and other stakeholders as necessary.
7. Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal teams, external auditors, regulators, and other stakeholders.
8. Monitor and report on key compliance metrics.
9. Prepare reports and presentations for management and other stakeholders.
10. Keep up-to-date with changes in the regulatory environment and best practices in the financial services industry.
