Compliance Officer

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Compliance Officer to join the team at KeyBank. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring our organization meets all applicable laws and regulations. You will have the opportunity to work with multiple departments to assess compliance risk, develop internal controls, and review existing policies and procedures. The ideal candidate for this role should have a strong understanding of banking regulations and compliance laws. 2. Work with various departments to assess compliance risk, develop internal controls, and review existing policies and procedures.
3. Investigate potential violations of applicable laws and regulations and take corrective action when needed.
4. Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.
5. Educate staff on compliance issues and support their understanding of applicable laws and regulations.
6. Review and analyze company documents to ensure compliance.
7. Monitor changes in laws and regulations and update policies and procedures accordingly.
8. Maintain records of compliance activities.
9. Provide guidance and advice to management on compliance issues.
10. Keep up to date on developments in the banking and compliance industries.
