Responsibilities:

• Greet customers upon arrival and provide exceptional customer service
• Process a variety of customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments
• Balance cash drawer daily and accurately record transactions
• Answer customer inquiries and refer them to the appropriate department for more complex inquiries
• Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and policies
• Provide assistance to customers with online and mobile banking
• Cross-sell bank products and services as appropriate
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including security and cash handling
