Responsibilities:
• Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service.
• Perform a variety of financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, money orders, etc.
• Balance daily cash drawers and maintain accurate records.
• Adhere to banking regulations and procedures.
• Answer customer inquiries and resolve customer complaints.
• Process customer applications for accounts and services.
• Cross-sell bank products and services.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow established security procedures to protect customer information.
• Participate in ongoing training to develop banking knowledge.
• Work with other bank colleagues as part of a team.
• Work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Lift up to 25 pounds.
