Responsibilities:

  1. Provide high-quality customer service to customers of KeyBank.
  2. Greet customers in a professional and friendly manner, assess customer needs, and provide appropriate services.
  3. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
  4. Issue checks, savings bonds, traveler’s checks, gift cards, and money orders.
  5. Balance cash drawer daily and as needed.
  6. Answer customer questions about products and services, and refer customers to other departments as needed.
  7. Process loan applications and issue loan documents.
  8. Comply with all banking regulations and procedures.
  9. Assist with other banking activities as needed.
  10. Maintain a neat and organized work area.
