Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality customer service to customers of KeyBank.
- Greet customers in a professional and friendly manner, assess customer needs, and provide appropriate services.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Issue checks, savings bonds, traveler’s checks, gift cards, and money orders.
- Balance cash drawer daily and as needed.
- Answer customer questions about products and services, and refer customers to other departments as needed.
- Process loan applications and issue loan documents.
- Comply with all banking regulations and procedures.
- Assist with other banking activities as needed.
- Maintain a neat and organized work area.
