• Provide exceptional customer service to KeyBank customers
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain confidentiality and security when handling customer information
• Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and policies
• Monitor customer accounts for suspicious activity
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and friendly manner
• Assist customers with completing bank forms and applications
• Assist team members with various tasks as needed
• Cross sell banking products and services to customers
