Bank Teller

Our Tellers are responsible for providing superior customer service, accurately handling customer transactions, and building relationships with our clients. We are looking for an individual who is detail-oriented, organized, and has excellent customer service skills. The ideal candidate should have at least 6 months of related experience in a banking environment, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing. Additionally, the successful candidate should have strong problem solving and decision making skills, as well as the ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide exceptional customer service to all clients and guests.
2. Accurately process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, check cashing, and other banking services.
3. Maintain organized and accurate client records.
4. Build and maintain relationships with clients by providing timely and knowledgeable advice and service.
5. Educate clients on banking products, services, and policies.
6. Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and policies.
7. Identify and address customer needs and refer them to the appropriate banking products and services.
8. Assist with resolving customer complaints and inquiries in a timely manner.
9. Process transactions for ATM, night drop, and other banking services.
10. Balance and reconcile daily cash and ledger transactions.
